Shipping policy
We serve customers in the United States. Delivery availability depends on the product and destination; available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Processing and delivery
Processing and transit times vary by product and destination. Please contact support@pawdovi.com before ordering if you need a delivery estimate or delivery by a specific date.
Processing and transit are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We work with fulfillment partners, and items may ship from different locations. Any product-specific shipping information is shown on the product page. Some orders may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
We send tracking information when it becomes available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipping label is created.
Shipping charges and import charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Any taxes or duties collected by us are shown at checkout. If import charges are not included in your order total, additional charges may be assessed by the relevant authorities or carrier. Contact us before ordering to confirm the arrangements for your destination.
Address changes, delays, and missing deliveries
Check your delivery address before placing your order. Email support@pawdovi.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. We will explain any additional charges and obtain your agreement before arranging a paid reshipment.
If your order is delayed beyond its estimate, or tracking says delivered but you have not received it, contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner and carrier. We may ask you to confirm the address and check safe delivery locations. A delivered scan does not by itself end our investigation.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you ordered, we will notify you and offer the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where applicable. Supplier claim deadlines do not limit your statutory rights.
