This website is operated by RISHENG INDUSTRIAL (HONGKONG) LIMITED, trading as PawDovi, at 2/F–3/F, Dorset House, Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. These terms apply to purchases from pawdovi.com and use of our website, subject to applicable law.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate order and contact information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Review the items, variants, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes before payment. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; we may contact you if availability, payment, or an error prevents fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled items and any associated refundable charges.

Prices and availability may change for future orders. We will not charge an additional amount for an existing order without your agreement. If a material pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or arrange cancellation and a refund.

Products and safe use

Read each product's size, material, intended-use, and care information before ordering. Screen colors may differ from the physical item. Follow product instructions, supervise pets where appropriate, inspect products for wear, and stop use if an item is damaged or unsafe. No pet toy is indestructible. These instructions do not exclude our obligations concerning defective goods.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy explain delivery and after-sales arrangements. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling. Mandatory legal rights take precedence over any inconsistent provision.

Website use and content

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe the rights of others. Website content belongs to its respective owners and may not be reproduced commercially without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party links may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Responsibility and disputes

We do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have a concern, contact support@pawdovi.com so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require you to waive any mandatory rights or remedies in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms for future transactions. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order already placed.
